School turned apartments
Built in 1938, the Greeley Junior High School was developed as a Public Works Administration project. Designed by Colorado architect Sidney Frazier, the structure was once part of the Meeker Junior High School complex.
The Greeley Junior High School served its original function until 1965, at which it then became the Greeley-Evans School District 6 admin building. And in 2013, it was converted to apartments giving the building a long and diverse history in Greeley.
